Reviews and Ratings
This resort is a hidden gem with beautiful greenery, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a private beach for relaxation. The dining experience is outstanding, with delicious food and refreshing cocktails. However, there were some issues with hot water supply and a misunderstanding during checkout that slightly marred the experience.
My experience at Seashell Neil was unfortunately quite mixed. On one hand, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The friendly staff and great location added to the appeal. However, the service during a crisis left much to be desired, and it really tarnished what could have been a perfect stay. I would recommend being cautious when dealing with the staff, especially during unforeseen circumstances.
I had a pleasant stay overall, with spacious and comfortable rooms, and the service was exceptional. The team, led by Mr. Mahinder, truly made our dining experience memorable with personalized touches. However, I was a bit let down by the limited availability of menu items during my visit. The ambiance was lovely, but some aspects could use improvement for a more premium feel.
I enjoyed my stay at Sea Shell resort on Neil Island. The rooms were clean and offered a great beach view, while the beautiful garden setting added to the charm. However, I was disappointed with the beach cleanliness and the breakfast options, particularly the lack of fresh juice. Overall, it was a pleasant experience but had room for improvement in dining.
Our stay at the resort was truly memorable, especially with the serene atmosphere during the monsoon season. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a fantastic view of the beautifully maintained grounds. Although the beach had dead coral and wasn't suitable for swimming, we found an amazing swimming beach just a short walk away. Dining options were excellent in the on-site restaurant, but there were minor inconveniences like limited hot water. Overall, great value for money for a peaceful getaway!
